    I think your charts for Don’ts are eye-catching. For the Do’s, I would add to eat enough fiber, because it would make sure that whatever you’re eating would pass through you faster and have less time to cause problems.

    Thank you for posting this it has reminded me of things that I have long since forgot, since I retired I have been having more skin issues and I find that some of the things that may be causing skin problems I have been eating more frequently, and I wonder if that is it besides nerves. I am going to refer to your sheet and start replacing some of the problem foods with better foods and see if skin gets better.. once again.. thank you

    WOW, I can’t believe how much I learned from this post! Now I know why my daughter has issues that she does. I will have to make sure that she sees this. I never knew that canned fruit was bad for your skin.
